Empowering The Poor, Inc is humbled at the enormous task of empowering the poor to self-reliance and dignity, and recognizes that its mission cannot be achieved alone. We need your help to implement culturally-based Educational, Healthcare and Microfinance programs that will reduce poverty, and generate self reliance and dignity to the poor communities across Sub-Sahara Africa. HOW CAN YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE

There are so many ways to make a difference. You can make a difference by making a general donation, or you may want to become Empowering The Poor, Inc Member.

1.  LIFE MEMBERSHIP

Anyone can become a Life Member of ETP: Individuals and families, schools and colleges. To become a Life Member, simply make a $1,000 Life Membership gift. This amount can be paid in installments of $500 a year over a period of two years. As an ETP Life Member, you will receive these exclusive benefits:

• You will receive invitations to special events such as ETP annual Humanitarian Dinner, ETP conferences and lectures on Africa. You will receive an ETP T-shirt.
• You name will be added to ETP hall of fame in ETP’s offices in Africa and in the U.S. And most important, you will have the lifelong satisfaction of knowing that you

      Have made a difference in a child, a woman or man‘s life.
 
2.   CORPORATE PARTNER

There are so many ways a corporation can make a difference. Your corporation is invited to join ETP as a Corporate Partner, by considering the following options:

• Your corporation may choose to support a specific project.
• Your company may choose to endow a specific ETP’s program. ETP targets three specific Programs: Education, Healthcare and Microfinance.
• Your corporation may simply choose to make a $3,000 Corporate Partnership gift.  This amount can be paid in installments of $1,500 over a period of 2 years.

GENERAL SUPPORT

You can make a difference or bring lasting changes in our target communities by making a gift of $1, $5, $50, $100 or whatever you can give.
